By creating an account on Six7 Alpha ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

Six7 Alpha provides technical analysis tools, AI-generated trading signals, strategy screening, workflow automation, and related market data services. The Platform is designed for informational and educational purposes.

3. Not Financial Advice

The Platform does not provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. All content, including AI-generated signals, strategy screens, and market analysis, is for informational and educational purposes only. You should not construe any information on this Platform as a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security or financial instrument.

You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions. Always consult with a qualified financial advisor before making any investment decisions.

4. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion.

5. BYOK (Bring Your Own Key) API Keys

If you provide your own API keys for third-party LLM providers (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, Azure, AWS Bedrock), you acknowledge that:

• Your keys are encrypted at rest in our database.
• Usage of your API keys through the Platform is subject to the respective provider's terms of service.
• You are responsible for any charges incurred on your API accounts.
• We are not liable for any issues arising from third-party API provider outages or changes.

6. Subscription and Billing

Paid features are billed through Stripe. By subscribing, you agree to the pricing and billing terms displayed at the time of purchase. Subscription management, cancellations, and refund policies are governed by our billing terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Six7 Alpha and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Any trading decisions made based on information provided by the Platform.
• Errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in AI-generated content or market data.
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data.
• Any third-party services or data feeds used by the Platform.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Platform are owned by Six7 Alpha and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the version number and date above. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If we make material changes, you will be prompted to re-accept the Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
