The Platform references trading strategies and methodologies that are widely known in the trading community and commonly attributed to specific individuals, including but not limited to Mark Minervini, Kristjan Kullamagi (Qullamaggie), Dan Zanger, Linda Raschke, Stan Weinstein, Richard Dennis, William O'Neil, and Jeff Sun.

Six7 Alpha is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or in any way officially connected to any of these individuals or their organizations. Strategy names and attributions are used solely for identification and educational purposes, referencing publicly available trading concepts and methodologies.

All trademarks, service marks, trade names, and intellectual property referenced belong to their respective owners.

9. Automated Trading (Robinhood Auto-Trader)

The Auto-Trader is beta software that can place real orders in your own Robinhood account, using the playbooks, budget and limits you choose. Before you sign up for it, you must accept these points:

• Automated trading is risky. In a real-money mode the bot places orders without asking you first (or after one tap in approve mode), and automated trading can lose money faster than manual trading.
• You can lose your entire investment. You can lose some or all of the money you trade with.
• Not investment advice. The Platform and its operators are not registered investment advisers or broker-dealers, and nothing the bot does is a recommendation for your personal situation.
• You are responsible for your account. You are responsible for every trade placed in your account, including the trades the bot places under the settings you choose.
• No guarantees. Past, backtested, paper-mode and simulated results do not guarantee future results. We make no promise that the bot will be profitable for you.
• Robinhood is a separate company. Six7 Alpha is not affiliated with or endorsed by Robinhood, and Robinhood's own terms apply to your account.
• Beta software. The bot can have bugs, miss or mistime trades, or stop running, and market data can be delayed or wrong.

The Auto-Trader is free to use. Once a month every user is asked the same question, whether they would like to pay what they think it is worth; "Not this month" is always an answer. Payments are voluntary, are not tied to your results, and never change what the bot does for you.
